Construction  Assistant Project Manager
Full-Time | Permanent

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project closeout.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent construction experience will be considered.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of commercial, institutional, and public construction projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing logs, and project documentation.
• Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and coordination of project activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and field communications.
• Track project costs, review invoices, and help maintain budget compliance.
• Prepare project reports and assist with project closeout documentation.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to keep projects moving.
